Ladle Turret Weighing System
Ladle turret scales are used for example in continuous casting facilities where the liquid steel is cast into continuous strands. The weighing equipment is used in the ladle turret, tundish and outgoing roller table to determine the weight and control the process.
Our turret scales are very robust to withstand the large impact and shock load, our high temperature load cell are suitably designed and fit in to be turret application with wire and wireless inter connectivity.
The turret bar can withstand up to 200 Degree C without any external insulation.

Pitless Wagon Tippler Weighing System
Conventional wagon tippler weighing system is a pit type design that will be embedded below the wagon tippler table. Wagon tippler foundation level will be lowered to accommodate the load cells which involves reducing the civil
Above the load cell the wagon tippling platform will be placed and above the platform the loaded wagon will be placed for weighing in order to obtain gross weight of the Loaded wagon.
After tippling again, the same set up will be placed above the load cell arrangement in order to obtain the tare weight.
Bottlenecks & Challenges :
Heavy impact of load will be often placed above the load cell, including wagon tippler table mechanism
Due to invariable lubricant and mechanical disorders the additional load impact will adversely act above the load cell causing damages to the load cells. This tends often in changing of load cells with recurring cost for procurement of additional load cells and re stamping charges for each time of replacing damaged load cells.
Entire table to be to be dismantled to do the civil work
The above exercise is a challenge in which lot of cost involved
Leads to unnecessary shutdown. Leads to loss in productivity.

To overcome the conventional pit type wagon tippler weighing system we delivered new concept “I TRACK” COMBI based wagon tippler weighing system.
ADITYA system is a sophisticated & elegant type wagon tippler weighing system needless to go below the wagon tippler
On above the top of the platform we will install our “I track “ instrumental track (existing rail is being converted in to an instrumental rail) the existing weigh rail around will be bifurcated and dismantled in four equal parts measuring 4.5 meter each
we will be fixing our ADITYA make instrumental wagon tippler weighing system on top of the table replacing the rail for the length and making the rail as it is continuous
4.5 meters 2 no’s of axle (four wheels) will be placed in the one part and another 2 no’s of axle (four wheels) will be placed in the other part of the bifurcated rail
Totally eight no of wheels or 4 no’s of axle’s will be installed upon our instrumental wagon tippler weighing system further the weigh rail will be connected to the junction box.
Those viable signals obtained from load cells through wireless device and the fine weighment will be displayed in the weighing indicator along with the system we will also supply the jumbo display system for the betterment in monitoring the actual weighment displayed in the weighing indicator/ controller.

Every day some thousands tons of pig irons are leaving the Blast Furnace in the direction of the Steel plant. The Weighing Track monitors that movement by measuring the Torpedo weight:
